If we add up these Soros' statements with recent ones, that it is only left to "overthrow Franjo Tudjman in order to gain complete control over this part of the world" and that the "Slovak model" should be applied to Croatia, then there is no doubt that Soros is publicly confirming what I recently wrote about. That is the formation of an expanded new Yugoslavia, now called "Southeast Europe". There is a drive to cancel customs duties in it, which are the basic condition for an independent economy and independent strategic decision making about economy. Will duties between the "member states" of Southeast Europe and toward third countries be canceled?
It is hoped that the Stability Pact will take away Croatian sovereignty and that its statehood will be shattered, just as is the case with the sovereignty of many other European countries. Croatia is once again being drawn into a multinational community of the nations which have already lost their statehood. This is truly even more that Yugoslavia, in both the territorial and political sense.
Of course, the pact to create Southeast Europe, of course, has not been devised only with Croatia in mind. Rather its roots are in the desire to expand certain regions in order to make them easier to manage. Individual countries are supposed to disappear with their unique ideas, desires and ambitions. A multitude of small self-conscious subjects cannot be governed, but anonymous "regions" can be.
It is easy to impose puppet media in a "region" devoid of any identity. These media will find it easy to shape the thoughts of the nameless people, because they will not have an independent frame of reference. Through these puppet media, under the complete control of the Ruler, there will be no knowledge of genetically altered food or its health hazards, if that harmful food is to bring material or political profit to the Ruler. Nothing will be known if the Ruler decides to genetically alter humans, or entire "regions". Of course, in these "regions", due to genetically mutated media, the victims will never find out what happened to them.
During communist times the media never reported on crime, forging an image that communism is such a prosperous system that there is no crime. Crime was a subject only discussed in secret. When the Ruler of the World decided to topple democratic systems that stemmed from former communist totalitarianism, crime became front-page news in all of those countries. The reason was to try and prove that the new democracies were the creations of criminals. Classic methods of war propaganda were used to this end with a desire to form puppet governments. The people believed what they read, heard and saw. The path to omnipotent manipulation of the spirit of these peoples was wide open.
The media in such totalitarianism, which begins with a loss of sovereignty, only and continues with a loss of human dignity, will, of course, be called democratic. However, we know that such management systems are actually called totalitarian. If the right to independent living is denied to a nation, pretty soon the Great Ruler will also deny the right to independence to every individual. All of us will have limited choices in life and will be gradually lead into the world of "the One and Only". First we will be bribed with candy and sweets in order to whet our appetites to enter such a world, then we will be forbidden to leave or think any thoughts other than those imposed on us.
Already today in Croatian movie theaters there are no other movies except the American ones. Ask the eighteen-year-olds and you will see that they practically do not know that movies are made in any other countries other than the United States. To those young people, in one important segment of life - the appreciation of art - the opportunity to choose has been taken away, while their spiritual life has been limited to the single-mindedness of violence and the American way of life. Those young people, in their important phase of life, have already been brainwashed and denied any possibility of comparing various cultures and ways of life, various opinions, various traditions... That is all contrary to democracy. It is totalitarianism.
Globalisation has been stuffed down our throats for a number of years as the best possible way to the future. Globalisation - throwing individuality into a large cannibal cauldron of totalitarianism - has not been received with the expected elation by its victims. That is why the slogan under which globalisation is imposed was recently changed. Now globalisation is no longer wonderful, rather it is "unavoidable". The Croatian Foreign Ministry is no longer making an effort to prove that the Stability Pact is not a revival of Yugoslavia. All they are now saying is that the Pact "cannot be avoided." In people's lives, the only thing that cannot be avoided is death. For everything else, God left us the freedom of choice. Is this their way of admitting that the Pact is a kind of a "collective death", since it is "unavoidable"?
No. Stories about "unavoidable" nature of globalization are used by totalitarians to discourage those individuals who would, because of their human need for freedom, oppose the ironing out of national and human individuality. However, we should accept the concept of integration only from one point of view. There is only one integration, which is necessary in today's Croatian political strivings.
There is a monumental task ahead for us - the integration of all parts of the Croatian nation. Through history, Croats have been shattered, dispersed and thereby lost. The necessary internal integration was not, unfortunately, achieved in these last ten years. However, it is our primary goal. It is necessary for the enemies of Croatian statehood to divide us into Zagorians, Slavonians, Istrians, Herzegovinians, Dalmatians, Diaspora, Lika residents, Bosnians, etc. Divided, as people without identity we could be more easily stuffed into a new Yugoslavia. If such divisions saturate the media on a daily basis, then our main personal and national objective has to be to overcome the differences between individual Croatian regions, and to achieve a new return of the Croatian Diaspora and a final unification of all Croats.
