Citizens and media all over the world declared NATO spokesperson Jamie Shea the most cynical and most hated person representing this military alliance. During the NATO aggression against FRY, Jamie Shea became infamous for his claims that the people killed in the passenger train in the Grdelica Gorge were simply "collateral damage". With his appearance on Studio B, Milo Dukanovic announced that he has taken Jamie Shea's job as a NATO spokesperson.
Only ten days divide us from March 24 and the first anniversary of the aggression of this military alliance against our country. Our citizens know everything about victims and destruction. However, until this interview with Milo Dukanovic they did not know that it was all our fault. True, similar statements were made by some unfortunate individuals in our country who initiated a "collective apology" to Albanian terrorists, confirmed their servility and "eternal loyalty" by kissing bloodied hands of Albright and advising Schroder during the aggression which targets in Yugoslavia to strike. However, Don Milo Corleone has surpassed all of them in his servility to NATO enemies. For him, actually, there was no NATO aggression against our country. Don Milo talks about a NATO "operation" or "intervention". That is not an accident. An aggression against a sovereign and independent country is a crime against peace and as such punishable according to the International Law. Because of that Don Milo does not talk about it, trying to protect his bosses. It is hard to avoid an association with Quisling if immediately after the end of the aggression against Yugoslavia, within which NATO poured on our heads 23,000 tons of bombs, Mr. Dukanovic says that the highest priority of his government is "integration in trans-Atlantic integrations". In other words, Don Milo wants to join NATO.
They also share an idol, Stipe Mesic. The only difference is that Vuk Draskovic was enamored with that destroyer of the second Yugoslavia even in 1991 when he showed him proposals for the division of Bosnia-Hercegovina, while Don Milo understood Mesic's "values" several years later.
Popular tribunals all over the world, printed and electronic media all over the planet, and even in the countries which are NATO members and participated in the criminal aggression against FRY, with every new day are informing the world public about new facts which reveal the crime of the North Atlantic alliance. Virtually every tenet of the International Law was violated by that aggression, starting from the UN Charter, and ending with the NATO Charter. The transparent Don Milo's game of trying to obfuscate the nature of the aggression by substitution of words has been recognized. Sooner or later NATO criminals and their allies will pay for their crimes.
Don Milo also mentioned in his interview the so-called Southeastern Europe Stability Pact. He, of course, praised that initiative, and the citizens can assess on their own the true intentions of the creators of that pact by considering that they are trying to make southeastern Europe without the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. There can be no stability in this region without active and equal participation of our country in all the multilateral initiatives. The initiative about which don Milo spoke is actually a pact for destabilization of southeastern Europe, it is a pact for installment and strengthening of those regimes in this part of our continent who will, like Don Milo, transmit views and implement policies of NATO. The financial assistance that was mentioned at the first meeting of countries participating in this pact was $200 million for all of southeastern Europe. And only the war damage inflicted on Yugoslavia is $100 billion! Let them pay war damages and assist others if they want!
In his interview, Don Milo especially tried to leave an impression of a parson who advocates "economic reforms". For him that is probably synonymous with allowing the Italian mafia to use Montenegrin harbors for drug trade, smuggling of cigarettes and other goods. These "reforms" for sure presuppose the privatization which allowed that the huge socially owned capital of Montenegrin companies, especially those in tourist trade, but also in other areas, be siphoned in peculiar ways to the pockets of members of Don Milo's nomenclature. Indictments which are issued almost daily against members of Don Milo's coterie by Italian courts speak volumes about the kind of "economic reforms" supported by the aforementioned gentleman. However, one has to credit him for one "miracle": in the first month since the introduction of the German Mark as a second currency in Montenegro, it devalued by 30%! Namely, that was the increase of prices in German Marks in Montenegro in that month.
Accusations that he himself and members of his regime are daily making against the Yugoslav Army, constant questioning of its constitutional role, planning to provoke clashes with its units and open threats to officers of the YA who honorably and responsibly carry out tasks given to them clearly indicate what scenario is at work here.
Don Milo's separatism is at work here! How far he will go depends above all on the amount of support he receives from the USA. It is a fact that separatism is not his personal political platform, but that he is incited to it from abroad, by those countries which led the NATO aggression against Yugoslavia. Therefrom his dishonorable political attack on President of the Republic Slobodan Milosevic, who embodies the resistance of our nation to the aggressor and personifies the policy of freedom and independence of our country, the policy of our equal participation in European and global political and economic institutions and organizations and who is the guarantor of the overall progress of our country.
The views we heard from Don Milo and which he wants to present as "the political will of the citizens of Montenegro" are the essence of the NATO policy towards our country. Citizens of Montenegro, I am deeply convinced, not only do not support but also fully reject this policy. It is contrary to the interests of Montenegro, contrary to the interests of Yugoslavia, and fully in accordance with the interests of the NATO alliance. The fate of such policy and its advocates will be the same as the fate of the aggressor which tried to subjugate us - they will fail!
