Every house in Serbia has seen the image in which bent down and servile Vuk Draskovic in Berlin kisses bloody hand of Madelene Albright. The spilt blood hasn't dried yet, and Vuk Draskovic is already kissing the hand of the person who organized the bloodshed and destruction of our country, the hand of the woman who emphasizes her responsibility for the murder of children, sick and innocent people as her achievement. That image in which Vuk Draskovic with touching attentiveness and ecstatic-sycophantic expression in his eyes kisses the bloody hand of the murderer of this nation, cannot be forgotten. That hand is bloody with the Serb blood and blood of the citizens of Serbia.
Why has Vuk Draskovic decided to be so servile in front of the person who is undoubtedly hated by the Serb people? That servile, sycophantic bow and kiss are nothing but a sign of gratitude for something that is to Draskovic more valuable than dead citizens of Serbia and the destroyed country.
For ten years we have been following Draskovic's determination to come to power. That determination was not shaken by bad results in all elections in which he has so far participated. And he participated in all elections in the last ten years. And every time he lost, at least from the point of view of his efforts to be a winner. After every defeat he organized demonstrations and tried to provoke violence in the streets in order to compensate in that manner his image of a looser.
Although a supporter of democracy in his statements, he denied that support by refusing to accept one of the basic principles of democracy: that one can come to power only in elections. He used threats and violence every time he was dissatisfied with the will of the majority and the behavior of the people. During his ten years as a participant in the public life of Serbia, Vuk Draskovic has proven to be a supporter of hatred and violence. But he could not come to power even with help of violence, just like he failed to win power through a ballot box. However, he hasn't used up all means at his disposal. Since the time immemorial, it is possible to come to power thanks to the support from abroad, if the support within the country is lacking.
That is why Vuk Draskovic and Madeleine Albright met. He, hoping that she and her government could ensure that he comes to power through political means or violence, based on their estimate of which way would be quicker and more efficient. And Madeleine Albright with hope that she has found a player who will accept to issue an amnesty to NATO on behalf of the Serb people for crimes committed by the alliance against the Serb people; as we all know, the US had the key role in those crimes. Therefore there is a mutual interest. Draskovic expects power and offers an amnesty. Madeleine Albright expects an amnesty and offers power. Two clean, equal and dirty interests.
While he is preparing a version of the amnesty, either written or verbal, Draskovic has been for weeks condemning on TV screens the genocide against the Serb people in Kosmet in order to fool the public and at least postpone the discovery of the treason he is preparing. He will address the European Union, US government, International Community... He will offer cooperation, blame stubborn Yugoslav authorities, which did not have an understanding for the sophisticated politics practiced by the European Union, the USA, led by NATO, for the bombardment of Yugoslavia; he will offer himself as a bridge for cooperation and a representative of understanding for complex world interests.
As if the resistance to the occupation of Serbia were offered because of stupidity and not because of freedom. That would be the first time in the history of human society that a defense of a country from an aggression be proclaimed for stupidity by a citizen of that country who, to boot, also hopes to one day lead its people.
As far as the Serb people is concerned, it has hardly experienced such obvious and brutal treason in its history. Turkish, Austro-Hungarian, and German sycophants and cowards from those times managed to hide their faces under various disguises: impotence in front of more powerful, postponement of resistance for better times, expression of patriotism in a stealthy way, etc...
For a first time treason has only one face, without a disguise: its one -treasonous face. That treason is not simple cowardice, nor simple servility. It is obvious that Vuk Draskovic is not a courageous man. In spite of narcotics he uses, he has been organizing street violence exclusively with financial, political and especially psychological support of the governments of certain western countries. On his own, without these governments and narcotics, he is a crybaby and a wimpy husband of a domineering woman.
The treason of Vuk Draskovic, of course, is not only based on ordinary servility, although it is a dominant characteristic of his weak and fearful personality. The treason of Vuk Draskovic is mostly motivated by his trader mentality. More than a coward and bootlicker, he is a trader. To buy and sell is a principle on which he functions. For ten years he has been trying to sell the interests of Serbia for hard currency and hope that those to whom he was selling out would one day bring him to power. Thus he became a champion in creation of the black image of Serbia in the world public.
These days he is offering an amnesty to Madeleine Albright and governments that participated in the bombardment of Serbia in exchange for his paramount interest: coming to power. He is not hiding even from us his conviction that that is the only remaining way for him to get into power.
A servile kiss of a bloody hand and mutual promises and, it will probably soon become obvious, mutual obligations assumed in Berlin, dispel all doubts the citizens of Serbia may have had that Vuk Draskovic had been chosen by NATO to on behalf of Serbia issue an amnesty for NATO's crimes against Serbia and in return become NATO's administrator the country.

JUL Directorate Secretary, Ivan Markovic stated yesterday that "citizens of Serbia, and also powerful voyeurs from abroad are these days watching a parable about a dejected Vuk [wolf] and an evil Piglet".
"The dejected Vuk is neither 'one for all' nor is he good for anything. He gets lost in a forest, he is afraid of Red Riding Hood, and his boss is the evil Piglet of the twentieth century, whose bloody front paws he has been kissing. Such Vuk has received his orders from the evil Piglet and is now panicking. He cannot fulfill the orders, but does not dare admit that to the Piglet. All that kissing of the Piglet-murderer is in vain, since at home this Vuk is not an authority even for a rabbit," stated Markovic.
"Since he is an extra on the political stage, Draskovic is trying in all ways, without asking for price, to promote himself into any sort of a bit player. Even if the offered role is that of a villain, the worst paid traitor in Serbia since WWII. The evil Piglet has secured the money, and whether the already established hyenas and shabby foxes will allow Vuk to convince them tomorrow that he is the chief of the NATO menagerie in Serbia, remains to be seen," stated the JUL Directorate Secretary, Ivan Markovic.
