
Pobjeda is the former daily newspaper of the late Montenegrin Communist League. It is currently owned and controlled by the government of Montenegro. While the coverage is fairly evenhanded, the activities of president Djukanovic and the members of the ruling coalition (Democratic Party of Socialists and Social Democratic party) can be confident of receiveing a decidedly positive coverage.
