Front Slobode

Front Slobode is an independent informative two-weekly publication from Tuzla. It has a long tradition. Before the Bosnian war it was patronized by the then Union of Communists which used it as a party bulletin. The privatization of 1993 brought new people and considerable changes in editorial policy. Front Slobode dissociated itself from the current ruling party, the largest Bosnian Muslim party, SDA, and became an independent paper with an outspoken oppositional approach towards the ruling structures in Bosnia-Hercegovina. Front Slobode stands for a peaceful co-existence between different ethnic groups in Bosnia-Hercegovina.(from Press Now)
