Duga (rainbow) is a bi-weekly from Belgrade. During the "anti-bureaucratic revolution", in which Slobodan Milosevic came to power, and the subsequent "national awakening of the Serbs", Duga excelled by publishing a lot of special editions on the medieval and pre W.W.I Serb history. Since then it has provided space for both extreme right and left on its pages. Duga carries a regular two page column by Mirjana Markovic, the wife of Serbian president, Slobodan Milosevic, in which she, among other, extols the virtues of Chinese communism and professes love for the oppressed in Angola. Dragos Kalajic, an unofficial guru of "the new Serbian right" is also a Duga columnist.
