The attack occurred near the village of Ranilug, 15 kilometers southeast of Gnjilane in the American sector. The identity of the killed person is still unknown. The wounded woman has been taken to a hospital outside Kosovo, while the wounded man has been hospitalized in the local hospital of the Russian contingent.
Two Montenegrin women, 50 and 70 years old, were found dead in downtown Pec two days ago. One dead man was found in the village of Prekale near Srbica. KFOR has not given any details regarding his nationality. KFOR soldiers arrested two days ago an Albanian suspected of killing a Serb in Leposavic.
As the Center for Peace and Tolerance reports, large number of kidnappings as well as killings and attacks on Serbian houses have been reported in Prizren since September 7. Dragan Stojkovic (33) from Prizren was kidnapped in the village of Landovica. Couple Zivorad (63) and Zagorka(60) Markovic from Prizren and their daughter-in-law Jovanka with her daughter Marina (5) died in a fire in their house in Branko Copic Street in Prizren.
A Turk Ekrem Bilibani (29) was kidnapped on Sept. 7; a day later Tefik Aslani (46) and his brother Acif Kuksi (52) were also kidnapped. Jagoda Kostic (47) died the same day from wounds inflicted by the terrorists.
The Gypsies Saban Desani (60), Adem Krueziju (47), Dervis Kaci (44) and Idriz Zenuni (33) were kidnapped. One dead body in far phase of disintegration was found in the Orthodox graveyard.
Tihomir Jovic (47) was kidnapped literally in front of the German soldiers because he spoke the Serbian language while asking for help at the hospital.
The Serb Zoran Dutulija was killed on Sept. 10 as well as Dejan Gogic(42), who had come to Prizren to evacuate his parents. The Turks Enver Mula (44) from Prizren and Sadik Tufa (39) were also killed since they were protecting the Serb Dragan Jovanovic in 98 Dositejeva Street. Jovanovic was kidnapped the same day.
The worst crime was committed by physician Jilxhika Giuni: he killed Lola Lukic (39) while she was on delivery table in the night between September 10 and 11. The same night the corpse of Albanian Ismet Kallkuci (49) was found in the village of Hoca near Prizren.
